Included in the rental is:

6. High speed internet (Gigabit Fibre - 900mb down 400mb up)
7. Cleaning
8. Plant maintenance (there are a whole bunch of plants around the space)
9. Tea and coffee (we have a barista style coffee machine in the space, a Nespresso machine and kettle. We supply the beans, Nespresso pods, teabags and milk). Coffee machines are subject to change.
10. Printer rental (costs us around $250 a month for the printer rental but it’s included for you)
